Junior Counselor Registration

All Junior Counselors must be active, immersed members of an Independent Christian Church/Church of Christ.

Junior Counselors who are 18 or who will be 18 before the first camp session must use the adult registration form.

This form must be signed by both the participant and a parent or guardian.
